That’s why I suggest the hundred. Be willing to fail a hundred times. Because the point of that is not that it’s going to take a hundred times every time, but to get the timeframe out of your mind. That wellness or healing takes as long as it takes. And we don’t know, because it depends on the level of the trauma. And our culture or not many cultures have any kind of barometer or gauge for trauma. So that’s why it’s an unknown. You just take it on as a lifestyle when you say, I realize I need to work on this. And I hear people talk about all the time that they need to work on this emotion or that emotion.
