Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, gemstones, bug repellent, etc. to create your sound journey space on the lawn under the open sky.

Local Nationally Certified Sound Therapist Alexander with the J.U.S.T. Philosophy and Wise Whys Podcast will play instruments from all over the world as you lay back receiving a sonic bath in the beauty of the outdoors.
He creates sounds using crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, Native American flute, tingshas, didgeridoo, sitar, chimes, bells, gong, drums, and vocal toning and more, in a stimulating, releasing and calming manner to support release and re-align your body, mind, emotions, energy and spirit. Learn about subtle energy, sound vibration, conscious communication in relationships, 5 Levels of overall wellness and more.

After the sound journey, we will gather around the fire and carry on a gentle conversation around gratitude, self growth and appreciation or share questions or your experience of your sound journey experience. Space is very limited for this event, register as soon as possible to save your spot. Small groups are encouraged to support each other to release, relax and restore.
